In this interactive and experiential 90 minute workshop Trudi will provide a hands-on introduction to the Health System as a framework for building individual resilience and enabling others to do the same. Participants will take part in exercises in small groups to experience portions of the health system model for themselves. In particular, the workshop will look at resilience in the context of learning. This workshop is highly suitable for anyone who is an educator or who is curious about building their own resilience or learning.
