In full awareness that I know nothing about – and feel envious of – ‘the quiet power of Nordic happiness’, living as I do in busy London UK, I offer some ideas about working with the body in mind that bring me some peace and groundedness. With concepts drawn from Gestalt and sensorimotor psychotherapy I will invite participants to experiment with some ways of integrating embodied practice with the traditional theories of transactional analysis.
