What supports our natural capacity to grow, heal, and become who we truly are?
Human beings carry an innate drive toward growth, healing, development, and wholeness. But what helps this movement unfold? What conditions support us in self-organizing toward greater autonomy, connection, and homonomy?
In this workshop, we will explore these questions through the lenses of several disciplines, including Transactional Analysis (TA), Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), Polyvagal Theory, Self-Determination Theory, and Affective Neuroscience. We will also draw on the perspectives, experiences, and reflections that participants bring into the room.
Together, we will inquire into what nurtures human development, what creates the conditions for healing and integration, and how we can support the unfolding of our deepest potential.
